This June, we are recognising Pride Month as part of our ongoing commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and to continuing to build a workplace culture where all people feel welcome, valued and included.

Pride Month is recognised around the world as an opportunity to celebrate diversity, raise awareness and reflect on the importance of equality, inclusion and belonging. It also provides an opportunity for workplaces and communities to continue learning about the experiences of LGBTQIA+ individuals and the role respect and inclusion play in creating stronger, safer and more connected environments.

At Tomago, inclusion is about ensuring every employee feels they belong and can contribute authentically. We know that diverse perspectives strengthen teamwork, decision-making and workplace culture, and that creating an inclusive environment benefits not only our workforce, but also the broader community.

Throughout Pride Month, the Pride Flag will fly onsite as a visible reminder of our commitment to inclusion and respect along with free cupcakes for our workforce.

Our DEI Committee continues to work closely with employees and the business to support initiatives that strengthen inclusion across TAC. This reflects our broader commitment to fostering a respectful workplace where everyone is treated fairly and with dignity.
