Electrical apprentice Jack Jenkinson’s finalist nomination recognises him among the Hunter’s emerging manufacturing talent. We congratulate Jack on this achievement.
Our Manufacturer of the Year submission highlighted our contribution to Australian manufacturing, local jobs and the broader economy. It also showcased our demand response capabilities, investment in decarbonisation and the opportunities our secured long-term future creates for our workforce and the Hunter.
Our Excellence in Innovation submission showcased our approach to psychological safety. Through SHIFT to Blue, leadership training, MATES in Manufacturing, our Blue Hatters, Wellbeing Rooms and onsite counselling, we are making support more accessible and strengthening a culture where people feel comfortable speaking up.
Together, these finalist nominations reflect the commitment of our people and the talent helping shape the future of manufacturing in our region.
Winners will be announced at the 2026 Hunter Manufacturing Awards Gala Night.
