The Australian Aluminium Council has announced its officially integration with the Australian Aluminium Extrusion Association (AAEA) into its membership and organisational structure. This strategic move consolidates representation across the aluminium sector, creating a unified and independent advocacy voice for the industry in Australia.
Council CEO Marghanita Johnson emphasised that this integration ensures stronger, cohesive representation to champion the sector. From direct engagement with the Australian Government to addressing global competition challenges through platforms like the International Trade Remedies Forum, the unified Council is well-positioned to advocate for the industry’s future.
By combining expertise and resources, this collaboration will fuel industry growth, spark innovation, and support a sustainable future across the entire aluminium value chain.
