For more than 25 years, Tomago Aluminium has supported the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service, ensuring it remains in the skies and saving lives.

The support comes via the Company’s award-winning Workplace Giving Program, which sees employees donating from their pay every month.

To recognise the support, the Tomago Aluminium logo was added onto the aircraft, accompanying their air crews on more than 1500 missions per year.

“The Westpac Rescue Helicopter plays a vital role in our community and Tomago Aluminium are proud to be able to support such a worthy organisation,” said Tomago Aluminium’s Communications Advisor, Katie Burns.

Last year the Tomago Aluminium Workplace Giving Fund donated $80,000 towards upgrading their Maintenance program and the year before $73,000 went towards a new training winch.

Over the years, the Tomago Aluminium Workplace Giving Fund has donated more than one million dollars to the Westpac Rescue Service, and we will continue to support them for years to come.
