This morning, Tomago Aluminium proudly launched a major new safety initiative designed to strengthen our commitment to protecting the people who power our operations.
Kicking off bright and early, the launch event brought together employees from across the site to celebrate the start of a program focused on transforming our safety culture. The morning featured bacon and egg rolls, a coffee cart, and a fun safety quiz with some great prizes up for grabs!
This safety initiative is a long-term commitment to improving systems, building accountability, and ensuring every team member has the tools and knowledge to work safely, every shift.
We also unveiled SHIFT to Blue, a new cultural program designed to embed and strengthen our core values of Teamwork, Achieve, and Care.
