On Friday, 17 October, Tomago Aluminium celebrated the incredible achievements of our people at the 2025 TAC Excellence Awards.
With more than 200 attendees, the evening recognised the dedication, innovation, and teamwork that has driven our success over the past year.
Following feedback from our workforce, this year’s event featured a refreshed format, including a new name and 13 award categories that better reflect who we are today. Each category celebrated excellence in a different form, recognising individuals and teams who truly live our values of Teamwork, Achieve, and Care.
More than 260 nominations were received from across the business highlighting the strength, talent, and pride of our workforce.
CEO Jerome Dozol said: “The contributions from both individuals and teams this year have been remarkable. Your skill, commitment, and dedication deserve to be celebrated. On behalf of the leadership team, thank you for everything you do and everything we’ve achieved together in 2025.”
Held at NEX, the evening featured canapés and live music from Planet Groove, creating a lively atmosphere of recognition and celebration.
