On Friday, TAC celebrated International Women’s Day with a focus on inclusion and support for all our employees. To support the ‘Inspire Inclusion,’ theme, employees were encouraged to write a pledge on how they will actively support inclusion within our workforce. We received 130 pledges in total with some inspirational messages from our supportive workforce.
We welcomed employees with coffee and pastries, to show our appreciation and we welcomed, our guest speaker, Elana Withnall who shared her inspiring story of how she overcame illness and injury to win multiple gold medals for Australia.
