Tomago employs 1000+ staff (full time equivalent) as well as 200 contractors and is situated just 30 minutes from Newcastle and 45 minutes from Port Stephens.

Our success is thanks to the efforts and contributions of our people and we always encourage and support our staff to think about how we can improve. We also have the annual Innovation & Excellence Awards to celebrate the achievements of individuals and teams with the overall winner and category winners receiving a significant reward.

We support & sponsor many local events and charities as well as supporting individuals in their personal pursuit of excellence. We have an award-winning Workplace Giving Program which 72% of our staff generously donates to.

There is a free on-site gym, subsidised meals in our on-site canteen and employees also have access to an on-site Physiotherapist, Doctor and Dietician. The Health Services team run a number of educational health programs each year including weight loss support and quit smoking programs.
