Today, Tomago Aluminium marked R U OK? Day with a special breakfast event – an opportunity for our team to come together, connect, listen, and check in with one another.
We were privileged to hear from Craig Hamilton, Newcastle-born broadcaster and internationally recognised mental health advocate, who shared his inspiring story and journey with Bipolar Disorder.
To keep the momentum going beyond R U OK? Day, we are running a special onsite raffle throughout Mental Health Month in support of Talk2MeBro, helping to raise awareness for mental health and support suicide prevention.
Thanks to our amazing local supporters, we have a fantastic selection of prizes up for grabs for our workforce, including experiences and wellbeing packages from Action Boxing, Port Stephens Koala Sanctuary, Skin Juice, Cultivate Recovery, The Open Mind Space, Muse Pilates, Morning Mindfulness, Nutter by Nature, and Talk2MeBro.
At Tomago Aluminium, we value connection and care and like to remind everyone that it’s okay to not be okay, and that support is always available.
