Today, the Tomago team came together to celebrate the women in our workforce and our lives. To mark the occasion, we kicked off the day with coffee and pastries for all, creating a moment to reflect on this year’s theme: #AccelerateAction.
We asked our people to make a pledge—both written and on video—on how they will accelerate action for gender equality, both at work in their teams and at home. It was inspiring to see so many take part and commit to meaningful change. Everyone who pledged was entered into a special prize draw, with some great prizes on offer!
We were also privileged to welcome Rachel Kerrigan to site. As a transformational speaker, leadership coach, and business change strategist, Rachel has dedicated her career to Breaking the Blueprint—challenging outdated leadership models and empowering individuals and businesses to redefine success.
