Family Picnic Day Fun
In celebration of 35 years of business, our Family Picnic Day went ahead with a bang on Sunday. The historic and beautiful Tomago House served as a great backdrop and nearly 1000 employees and their families got to enjoy plenty of yummy food and great entertainment.
Kids enjoyed the jumping castle, inflatable slide, bungee trampolines, face painting, rock climbing wall and filled their tummies with free ice creams, slushies and fairy floss. They also got the opportunity to get up close and personal to some of our huge Mobile equipment.
The bigger kids enjoyed some live music curtesy of our very own Tony Camps and our free BBQ and Mexican food truck.
Back by popular demand were bus tours of the plant, giving family members some insight into where mum or dad spend their time and also guided tours of Tomago house. We had 13 bus tours taking over 650 people around the plant!
Our raffle also drew attention, with some great prizes given out on the day including a huge hamper won by Mark Ball. We raised $2,000 from the Raffle which will be donated to Tomago House.
It was great to see everyone coming together to celebrate with their families and was a day filled with plenty of sunshine, fun and a general appreciation for being part of such a great team. Thank you to everyone who helped with the organising and who volunteered their time to assist on the day.
