Tomago Signs Pledge with Soldier On

Keiran Turner (HR Officer) & Ryan Cripps (LMO Supervisor) recently represented Tomago at an Employment Pathways event hosted by Soldier On for all current and ex serving Defence Force personnel who are wanting to transition into civilian employment.

Tomago has recently signed a pledge with Soldier On which is a non-for-profit organisation driven by volunteers who work side by side with those who have served and continue to serve our nation, and their families, to help secure their future.

Soldier On Employment Pathways support Australian Service Personnel and their families through their transitions and the employment program specially assists with providing individualised and tailored support to transition into new careers and roles within corporate and civilian Australian workplaces.

The Soldier On Pathways Networking Events are about providing a relaxed and comfortable time for participants to meet, ask questions and talk with representatives from HR and Recruitment teams from the civilian sector to discuss opportunities and techniques that can assist them in transitioning.
