Tomago Aluminium's Graduate Development Program for Engineering Graduates commences with a two-year structured program followed by permanent employment on site. The objectives of the Graduate Development Program are to gain a broad knowledge and understanding of the aluminium industry and its production processes while developing an in-depth understanding of the operations of Tomago Aluminium.
