Tomago Aluminium's Graduate Development Program is a two-year structured program for Engineering Graduates and a 12-month program for non-engineering graduates that reflect the needs of an innovative organisation.

The objectives of the Graduate Development Program are to gain a broad knowledge and understanding of the aluminium industry and its production processes while developing an in-depth understanding of the operations of Tomago Aluminium.

The Graduate Development Program for Engineering Graduates consists of a two year structured program with mentoring and coaching by Tomago Aluminium’s senior engineers who will design an individual development plan including rotation through the business units.

All Graduates undergo a three-week intensive orientation of Tomago Aluminium.
